We currently offer private, Non-serviced sites for short term or seasonal stays. We get asked all the time "you have seasonal renters and you are not fully serviced?!?" and the answer is YES we do, and a lot of them. We have a local company that will come with a vacuum truck to empty septic, and most people bring their own little water tank to take to town and fill up. As for the power, we are generator friendly between the hours of 7:00am - 9:00pm, we ask that people are mindful on their usage, charge your batteries, cool the trailer off before bed, etc. Everyone wants to enjoy the peace and quiet that is so amazing there. Our family of 5 has camped off grid for many years with the use of our solar panels and inverter, that ran everything from the coffee maker, toaster to the TV and DVD player, it is very possible.
